Frequently asked questions

How do I add a dog or a cat?

After signing in, go to the Profile tab and add a new pet. Enter the name, species and date of birth — everything else (breed, weight, photo) can be filled in later. You can manage profiles for multiple pets at the same time.

How do reminders work?

When you add a vaccination, medication or parasite protection with a due date, Bondly automatically sends you a push notification before the deadline (for parasite protection — 7, 3 and 1 day in advance). Reminders are sent from our server, so they work even if you have not opened the app in a while. Just make sure notifications are allowed for Bondly in your phone settings.

How do I share a pet profile with someone else?

Open your pet's profile, choose the sharing option and let the other person scan the QR code in their Bondly app. Family members, a pet sitter or a breeder will see the same up-to-date health information.

Does the app work offline?

Yes. You can add entries and browse health history offline — the data syncs automatically once your phone is back online.

How much does Bondly cost?

The app is free — download it from the App Store or Google Play at no charge.

How do I delete my account and data?

You can delete your account directly in the app (Profile tab → Delete account) or by writing to us. See the Account Deletion page for details.
